Es Dawet Recipes

Ingredients :

- 300 ml of coconut milk
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
- 2 tablespoon of whiting
- 2 ons of cornflour
- 500 cc boiled water
- 3 pieces of suji leaves
- 150 grams of Jackfruit
- ice nugget
- a teaspoon of salt
- vanili

step by step :

`1.  Mashed the suji and pandan leaves, take the water of these in 1/4 of glass, and then mix with whiting in 1/2 glass.

 2. Boiled that liquid (in step 1), with salt and then put the cornflour bit by bit and stir it until cooked correctly and thick, than set aside.

3. Take a big bowl with boiled water, put the filter inside (above the water), and then put the dough (in step 2), press the dough until getting out some used dough.

4. Boil the coconut milk, salt, and vanili, let it until cooked correctly and then set aside.

5. Put the filtered dough (see step 3) in a big glass with boiled coconut milk (see step 4) and then put ice nugget and jackfruit inside.

How to Make Es Kelapa Muda Segar



Es Kelapa Muda Segar, as popular Indonesian Iced Drinks, also called by "Es Degan". In English, Es called by "Ice", Kelapa Muda called by Coconut, and Segar in english is "Fresh", so Es Kelapa Muda Segar in english is, Fresh Coconut Iced Drink. Ingredients :

- 300 grams of shredded coconut pulp
- 1/4 teaspoon of Vanila Powder
- 2000 grams of salt
- 1200 ml of Coconut Milk
- 4 pieces of Pandan Leaves
- 400 gram white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4000 grams of Ice shavings

Step by Step :

1. Boil the coconut milk, salt, white sugar, pandan leaves and vanilla powder untul boiled correctly, while you boil it, stir manually and slowly.

2. And then, put all of shredded coconut pulp to the boiled coconut milk  (according to step one), mix it correctly

3. Prepare ice shavings with salt, put on a bowl

4. Then put mixed coconut milk with shredded coconut pulp into that bowl,

How to Make Es Pisang ijo

Es Pisang Ijo, as another Indonesian Drink that was made by "Pisang", pisang in english is called by Banana, and Ijo is Green, and Es is Ice, so if you completed these all word, "Es Pisang Ijo" in English called by "Green Banana Ice". Es Cendol Recipes

Es cendol, if you want to get very fresh drink in Indonesia you must try this one, called by "Es Cendol". Very Phenomenal drinks in Indonesia, this is unknown drinks, where they came from, and who give the name as "Es Cendol", but this is an original Indonesian drinks. This drink has made by some traditional ingredients.

Ingredients for Cendol as a pulp :

- 100 grams of hunkew powder
- 50 grams of rice powder
- 100 ml pandan and suji leaves water.
- 600 ml boiled water
- 1 tablespoon salt

Ingredients for completed material :

- 5 pieces of jackfruit pulp
- 100 grams of black sticky tape
-  ice nugget, to taste

Ingredients for Simple Syrup :

- 200 ml boiled water
- 500 grams of brown sugar
- 100 grams of white sugar
- 3 pieces of pandan leaves

Ingredients for santan (coconut milk)

- 1500 ml of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves

Step by step how to make Es Cendol :

1. Mix all of Ingredients for Cendol until all of these items has mixed correctly.

2. Prepare a bowl with hot water, put the mold of cendol on it, and press until the dough appear, do it manually until all of dough getting out and cendol has done.

3.  To make their simple syrup, just boil all of ingredients for simple syrup in a bowl or pan, until all of these ingredients are melted.

4. And for the santan, just boil all of ingredients for santan in a bowl or pan, mix it, remember! do not make the coconut milk be broken. 

5. Prepare a cup or glass, put 3 tablespoon of cendol, 2 or 3 pieces of jackfruit pulp, 2 tablespoon of
black sticky tape, put ice nuggets on it, and then pour the simple syrup and santan. Server soon as, while they are on cold condition.
